BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN Inner Potential Peptides, LLC AND CUSTOMER

WAIVER OF CLAIMS

The Customer hereby releases, discharges, and waives any and all claims, demands, causes of action, suits, judgments, and liabilities of any nature whatsoever that may arise from or be connected to the purchase, possession, or use of said research compounds.

SCOPE OF INDEMNIFICATION

The Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, and losses, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other harm, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable, resulting from or connected to the purchase, possession, or use of the research compounds.

BINDING EFFECT

This Agreement shall be binding upon the Customer and their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TERMS

 By purchasing research compounds from the Company, the Customer affirms that they have read, fully understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms and conditions contained herein. The Customer further certifies that these products are being purchased solely for commercial Research Use Only purposes and that they are duly qualified and authorized to use such products in accordance with applicable federal laws and regulations.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law.
