INDEMNIFICATION AND LIABILITY WAIVER AGREEMENT
BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN Inner Potential Peptides, LLC AND CUSTOMER
THIS INDEMNIFICATION AND LIABILITY WAIVER AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into between Inner Potential Peptides, LLC, including its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively referred to as the “Company”), and the undersigned customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).

The Customer hereby agrees to utilize the compounds in strict accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, and assumes full responsibility for any and all risks associated with their purchase, possession, and use thereof.
WAIVER OF CLAIMS
The Customer hereby releases, discharges, and waives any and all claims, demands, causes of action, suits, judgments, and liabilities of any nature whatsoever that may arise from or be connected to the purchase, possession, or use of said research compounds.
SCOPE OF INDEMNIFICATION
The Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, and losses, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other harm, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable, resulting from or connected to the purchase, possession, or use of the research compounds.
BINDING EFFECT
This Agreement shall be binding upon the Customer and their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TERMS
By purchasing research compounds from the Company, the Customer affirms that they have read, fully understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms and conditions contained herein. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
